Billing: Partial quarters are permitted for the first quarterly rental ONLY — no partial quarters thereafter. You will be billed on a quarterly basis for your storage space rental payment. This payment is due by the 10th of the first month in each quarter. Payments mailed and postmarked by the 10th are not considered late. There is no refund for unused days if you vacate after the first of the quarterly billing. When you plan to vacate, WRITTEN NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED at least 30 days in advance of the next billing period. Billing periods are January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st. A one-time in/out processing fee of $25.00 applies if notice is not given in accordance with this application and the security fob (if issued) is not returned. The Boat House reserves the right to change storage space rates with 30 days prior written notice.
Default notice: Upon default of any obligation under this rental agreement, you shall be denied access to the personal property contained in the rental space until the default has been remedied and the total balance paid in full. You shall be permitted access for the purpose of viewing and verifying the contents of the rental space.
Sole risk: Property is stored at Occupant's sole risk. Occupant holds harmless The Boat House, its employees, agents, and subsidiaries from and against every claim, demand, or cause of action and any liability, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) for damage or loss in connection therewith, as written in the rental agreement, and waives the right of subrogation for any and all losses to Occupant's property and equipment while a tenant of The Boat House.
Electrical: Please disconnect your battery. Limited charging by permission only; electrical connection is for 10 amps only. On-board chargers ONLY — chargers with alligator clips are not allowed. When charging, the hatch MUST be raised to allow fumes to escape. No maintenance conducted on Boat House property without prior approval. FREEZE PROTECTION IS OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
